Poor Wilton :(

You realize that a Google search for Wilton Guerrero now brings up the following (as of my typing this message)

1. Wikipedia
2. Stats and History; Baseball Reference
3. Stats, News, Photos; ESPN
4. Images; Google
5. Will Wilton be killed? (Different Wilton as you pointed out)
6. Stats; Baseball Almanac
7. Autograph; Grandstand Sports
8. Baseball Cube
9. ArmchairGM
10. Yahoo Sports
11. THIS ARTICLE

In a single day, you have already cracked front page Wilton news. And what makes me sad is I bet he searches his name every couple of weeks and is happy to see he is still remembered mostly in stats, images, and memorabilia.

There is a very good chance he will read this article, and it might make him sad. he doesn't need punks like you calling his career into question. He would like to see YOU hit .282 in the majors! You know how many hall-of-famers there are that didn't hit .282?!?

Wilton, if you are reading this, you are the man. Okay, well, your BROTHER is the man, and one of my favorite baseball players, and you I'd completely forgotten about until reading this article. But that aside; YOU ARE THE MAN!

Wow. A lifetime .282 hitter. Not so bad.

Well, he can say he made it. He played in the bigs. And played halfway decent—that's something to hang your hat on. I hit .400 off of Curt Schilling (he did). He can sit in his rocking chair someday and tell anyone who listens some nice stories. That's not so bad.
